Call to Participate in #Blockupy 2013 in #Frankfurt May 30th to June 1st, struggles against the #Troika

Crida internacional a participar en Blockupy 2013 a Frankfurt 30-01 maig-juny i altres lluites contra la Troika Allà on resistir i rebel·lar -contra la crisi i la seva gestió, posem la força en les lluites i conflictes que es viuen, i sobre aquestos pilars que construïm teixir una nova Europa que neix de les bases. L'Europa que vivim, lluny dels pensaments nobles que podrien haver inspirat, una vegada, un temps, on s'ha construït mitjançant un procés de dalt a baix, impulsada pels pactes i acords entre governs. Això ha tingut lloc en el marc de la ideologia neoliberal, sota una forta pressió per complaure als mercats financers i les empreses. El resultat és la concentració de poder en mans d'unes poques institucions, si l'expressió directa dels governs que es diuen "nostre". Cada participació directa real i expressió de les persones progressivament s'ha evitat tant com sigui possible. I serà encara més en el futur, quan els parlaments nacionals seran simplement cada vegada més "informats" sobre quines són les decisions necessàries i obligatòries i mesures específiques per a cada país a prendre. El govern que fa complir la Troika és groller i brutal, basat en l'austeritat imposada a les nostres vides, privatitzacions dels béns comuns, les retallades en la despesa social i la solidaritat, el control estricte i l'opressió bàrbara dels migrants. En aquest marc, no hi ha compromís possible amb el poder que està donant forma i conduir la gestió de crisi a Europa. L'única sortida que veiem és una difusa oposició directa, àmplia i autònoma social que s'eleva des de les bases, que no només es fa sentir per furiosament contra aquest govern, sinó que també construeix ferotgement conflictes eficaços i alternatives compartides i comuns a tots els nivells - des del local a l'europea. Creiem que és el moment, respectant l'autonomia dels moviments locals específics, per teixir i organitzar una xarxa de lluites que es resisteix i es porta de nou a la gent el que està sent escombrades: renda bàsica i l'assistència social, les cases, els béns comuns bàsics com l'aigua, l'energia i el transport, el coneixement d'alta qualitat, els drets laborals i socials, la llibertat de circulació, i, en general, la possibilitat d'assolir la dignitat i la llibertat a la vida. Així és com tenim la intenció de realment Blockupar aquesta Europa i reconstruir la nostra Europa des de la base: a través de les lluites de vida i els conflictes que estan oberts, viral i mutant, les pràctiques socials que poden ser inventats, reproduir-se i corren per tots nosaltres. L'Europa que ens imaginem no és institucionalment limitada, regió geogràficament confinada que significa en general. Pensem a Europa Euromediterrània, en canvi, com una entitat definida per les lluites comuns i diversos que tenen lloc contra la mateixa aplicació grollera i brutal del neoliberalisme. Significa una nova topografia de les lluites, d'Europa occidental a les regions balcàniques, d'Europa de l'Est a tota la zona Sud-Mediterrani, tenint en compte el arab "com una part viva del procés constituent que busquem. Ara tots vivim en la vora de l'Europa neoliberal. La nostra vida s'ha fet com a tal: en constant crisi, constantment a la vora del desesperació. No volem fer més. Volem que la nostra vida de nou, la nostra dignitat esquena. Volem que el nostre futur cap enrere, ja que la vida sense futur no val res. Així que cridem a tot Europa, les persones que estan lluitant, les persones que volen lluitar, les persones que volen trepitjar reis per marxar en el nucli del poder i ser comptats. El discurs públic ha d'estar retorçat de les pistes de l'aquiescència, la possibilitat d'actuar a tot arreu s'està connectat a nivell europeu general. Així que estarem a Frankfurt des 30 maig fins a juny 01, participant en les jornades d'acció per bloquejar el BCE. Així que estarem a Frankfurt per donar força i el cos, en milers i milers, a la lluita contra la crisi, la Troica, en contra d'aquells que van donar forma a aquesta Europa que no volem més. Tots aquells que volen privar-nos del que fa la vida digna de ser viscuda, el que volem, necessitem, mereixem, ha de desaparèixer. Que se'n vagin tots! És una qüestió d'amor, la dignitat i la ràbia. The Europe we live in, far from the noble thoughts that might have inspired it once upon a time, has been built by a top-down process, driven by pacts and agreements among governments. This has taken place within the framework of neo-liberal ideology, under strong pressure to please financial markets and companies. The result is the concentration of power in the hands of a few institutions, themselves the direct expression of governments which claim to be ‘ours’. Every real direct involvement and expression of people has progressively been avoided as much as possible. And will be even more so in the future, when national parliaments will simply be increasingly “informed” about what are the needed and mandatory decisions and country-specific measures to be taken. The governance that the Troika enforces is rude and brutal, based on austerity imposed upon our lives, privatizations of the commons, cuts on social spending and solidarity, tight control and barbarous oppression of migrants. In this framework, there is no possible compromise with the power that is shaping and driving the governance of crisis in Europe. The only way out we see is a direct, diffuse, widespread and autonomous social opposition that rises up from grassroots, that not only speaks up furiously against that governance but that also fiercely builds effective conflicts and shared and common alternatives at all levels – from the local to the European. We think it’s time, respecting the autonomy of specific local movements, to weave and organize a network of struggles that resists and takes back to the people what is being swept away: basic income and social care, houses, basic common goods like water, energy and transportation, high-quality knowledge, labour and social rights, the freedom of movement, and, in general, the possibility to achieve dignity and freedom in life. This is how we intend to actually blockupy this Europe and to rebuild our Europe from the grassroots: through living struggles and conflicts that are open, viral and mutant; social practices that can be invented, replicated and run by all of us. The Europe we imagine is not the institutionally-constrained, geographically-bordered region that is usually meant. We think of Euro-Mediterranean Europe, instead, as an entity defined by the common and diverse struggles taking place against that same rude and brutal enforcement of neo-liberalism. It means a new topography of struggles, from Western Europe to the Balkan regions, from Eastern Europe to the whole South-Mediterranean area, considering the ‘Arab springs’ as a living part of the constituent process we look for. We all now live at the edge of the neo-liberal Europe. Our life has been made as such: constantly in crisis, constantly at the desperation’s edge. We don’t want to make it anymore. We want our life back, our dignity back. We want our future back, since life without a future is worth nothing. So we call from all over Europe, people that are struggling, people who want to struggle, people who want to tread on kings to march at the core of power and be counted. The public discourse must be twisted from the tracks of acquiescence, the chance of taking action everywhere is now being connected on a general European level. So we’ll be in Frankfurt from May 30th to June 1st, taking part in the action days to block the ECB. So we’ll be in Frankfurt to give strength and body, in thousands and thousands, to the struggle against the crisis, the Troika, against those that shaped this Europe that we do not want anymore. All those who want to deprive us of what makes life worth living, what we want, we need, we deserve, must go away. Que se vayan todos! It’s a matter of love, dignity and rage.
