the evictions are starting in holland |
|
evictions using the new law that makes squatting a crime punishable with up to 3 years in prison have started..
the first eviction was last monday the first of november in utrecht (see:http://www.indymedia.nl/nl/2010/11/70839.shtml (in dutch))
more evictions in utrecht are expected based on a statement of the chief of police in the utrecht newspaper..
in Amsterdam the eviction of at least 10 squats is planned for next tuesday:
- Spieringhorn 5
- Schoolstraat even and uneven side : all squats
- Comelinstraat 4 sous en 4 hs
- Ouborg 2
- zuidblok; 8 housing blocks maassluistraat, voorburgstraat, Rodenrijstraat, Westerleestraat, Nootdorpstraat, all squats
- 2e Oosterparkstraat 322, 324 en 326
- Passeerdersgracht 23-25
- Vrolikstraat 245-251
- 3e Oosterparkstraat 56, 60 en 64
an estimated 100 people are going to lose their homes....
this sunday there will be a demonstration in the hague (la haya) (see picture)
there are plans for international action days for squatters rights in holland to take place in januari in holland, but feel free to come to holland anytime to help us in our struggle, or to organise your action locally in support of the dutch squat community! (there is a dutch consulate in barcelona, and a dutch embassy in madrid...;-)
Ideals cannot be evicted! Squatting will go on!

Han comenzado los desalojos usando la nueva ley que criminaliza la okupación con hasta 3 años de prisión.
El primer desalojo fue el 1 de Noviembre pasado en Utrech.
Se esperan más desalojos en Utrech tras las declaraciones del jefe de policia al periodico local.
En Amsterdam se prevee el desalojo de las 10 ultimas casas para el proximo martes 9:
- Spieringhorn 5
- Schoolstraat even and uneven side : all squats
- Comelinstraat 4 sous en 4 hs
- Ouborg 2
- zuidblok; 8 housing blocks maassluistraat, voorburgstraat, Rodenrijstraat, Westerleestraat, Nootdorpstraat, all squats
- 2e Oosterparkstraat 322, 324 en 326
- Passeerdersgracht 23-25
- Vrolikstraat 245-251
- 3e Oosterparkstraat 56, 60 en 64
Aproximadamente 100 personas perderan su casa.
Este domingo habra una manifestación en la haya.
Se planea unos dias de acción internacional en Amsterdam para enero en por los derechos de los okupas holandeses.
De todas formas puedes venir y apoyarnos en nuestra lucha...o organizarte localmente en soporte de la comunidad okupa holandesa (en Barcelona hay un consulado y en Madrid una embajada)
Los ideales no se desalojan!
