The call for videos for the 8th edition of the festival toniCorti has started. The festival is absolutely non competitive, and it's divided into two sections. toniCorti, no-contest of short films and toniDoc, no-contest of documentary films |
toniCorti is a festival of independent video-fiction of any genre and size; toniDoc struggles for a non-consuming look: a space devoted to realistic cinema and video-documentary about any theme and of any size.
As usual the festival is part of ITACA - video, theatre and other stories which will take place in Abano Terme (PD) from the 27th august to the 5th September 2004.
Rules of participation
The festival is open to any video or film production with a duration shorter than 30' for the section toniCorti and 60' for the section toniDoc. Videos, (VHS or MiniDV format), must be sent to Associazione Culturale toniCorti -via Cornaro 1/a - 35128 Padova; within 15th July 2004. Postal expenses are in charge of the author.
Works must come with an entry form (available at www.tonicorti.org) containing the following information:
1)title, duration and short synopsis of the subject; 2) biography of the director and names of the main actors; 3) pictures of the setting, if available; 4) Name, surname, address, phone number and e-mail (important) of a referee for the work; 5) An authorization signed by the authors about the “utilisation of personal data for the filing of the videocassette for the only aim of listing� 6) Indication of the availability of the authors to come to the festival (accommodation expenses are totally in charge of toniCorti).
