When Saddam was captured he did not wear an regular uniform but he had two AK 47 Kalashnikov so he was not captured as a regular soldier but by american prescribed terminology as a terrorist. By U.S. propaganda Saddam was accountable for all 'terror attacks' in the last eight months against U.S. tantalizer and their vassals. To be suspected as terrorist is the explanatory statement of U.S. criminals for all iniquitous arrested people on Guantánamo 1. Why Hussein is treated as a prisoner of war by conditions of Geneva Convention in consideration of these expressed facts? 2. Why 10.000 Iraqis are arrested as lawless criminals and terrorist suspects and not as a prisoner of war by conditions of Geneva Convention? 3. Why 600 prisoners are arrested on Guantánamo as lawless criminals and terror suspects and not as prisoner of war by conditions of Geneva Convention? 4. Why Jack Straw can claim two days after capture Saddam that he will not say anything about Weapons of Mass Destruction? 5. Since when the U.S. tantalizer does not use torture to squeeze a confession? Several resistance fighters died after brutal interrogations by U.S. and UK troops 6. Is it possible that the conviction of Straw is traced back to the fact that WMD's does not exist? 7. Is it possible that this is not the real Saddam, a marketing gag, so he can't know anything about WMD's? 8. Is it possible that this shown double-dealer are simply criminal assholes?
