Mexican born artist Enrique Chagoya and caganers

I gave a George Bush and Pope caganer to Mexican born artist Enrique Chagoya. I also gave him two bottles of 'Sangre de Toro'. I explained that the caganer is a Catalan tradition. I explained how Catalan's cherish their traditions, language, and autonomy. I explained that the bull fighting is being phased out of Catalunya as it is considered cruel and a Spanish tradition. I also gave him a 17 minute video I created about Catalan Christmas traditions.
Now I know nothing may come of this, but it is my hope that he will use the caganer in one of his pieces of art. And I try to relate all of the above to as many people in the USA as I can. |

ostia doncs si saps tant del caganer i del català ja podríes esforçarte a escriure en aquesta llengua o be a trovar algun colega "artista" que ho traduís no? |
