ETA says that it has "no responsibility" on the Madrid blasts

The GARA newspaper has received a phone call today, passed 18:00 o'clock, in which a person who has said to speak in name of Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (ETA) has affirmed that this armed organization "does not have any responsibility " with regard to the blasts that caused yesterday 199 deaths in the Spanish capital.
