Actualización sobre el bloqueo de DSEi |
El bloqueo de DSEi va todavía fuerte, impidiendo a los expositores entrar el sitio.
¡Hay 16 personas cerrado juntos en un bloqueo de camino de ‘tubos de brazos’ sobre la entrada Principal (de este)!
Algunos vehículos de expositor están ahora dirigidos al centro de Excel vía un parking, sin embargo, es un camino realmente estrecho así hay una enorme caravana de carros de vehículos, incluso varios tanques que llevan!

After six hours blocking the main entrance to the ExCel centre, the police have now begun to remove activists from the road.
At 2.15 pm, the police began to clear the arm tube blockade which was preventing exhibitors setting up their stalls for the DSEi arms fair which
starts next week. A report from the site said that the police were using pressure points including standing on a woman's back. The police have also produced cutting equipment to remove the arm tubes. Four people have so far been arrested there, and probably more will follow.
A tripod blockade on the West entrance of the site had been cleared half an hour earlier with eight arrests (they are being held at Charing Cross police station charged with obstruction).
An amazing and effective action and a taster of things to come in the next two weeks! Well done, guys!

Its 1pm and the Main entrance is still being blocked by our boys (and girls) armed only with arm tubes and incontinence pads!!!
On the Western entrance, one of the tripods has been removed and six people have been arrested and taken to charing cross police station charged with obstruction. The police are currently building a scaffold to remove an activist from the other tripod. |
