En la madrugada del sabado 14 de agosto, efectivos de la policia han detenido un minimo de 14 personas -segun noticias publicadas en los periodicos La Nacion y La Tercera- en Santiago y Valparaiso. |
Las detenciones se habrian dado en el marco del llamado "caso bombas", en el que se investigaba la colocacion de artefactos explosivos.

Urgente! Golpe represivo del Estado/Capital: 14 detenidos en allanamientos simultaneos por "caso bombas"

Se venia y muchos lo sabian. Extrañamente el diario "La tercera" habia alterado con tremendas filtraciones de quienes serian los detenidos. Instrumentalizada la informacion para confundir o distraer, era dificil que ante parrafos como "Una de las personas que figura en la lista fue detenida en septiembre de 2008, durante una visita que realizó a la cárcel de Neuquén, Argentina, a Marcelo Villarroel, ex lautarista preso por asaltos a bancos. En el penal la mujer fue sorprendida con una sustancia que aparentaba ser explosiva" La Tercera, 20 de Junio o que el "financista" mantenia "contacto frecuente vía correo electrónico con "Carlanga", integrante de un grupo anarquista de Valparaíso" y que los dineros iban para ex lautarinos (la tercera, domingo 8 de Agosto) o que estaban identificados 2 lautarinos (entre ellos quien recibia el dinero y que vivian en casas okupa.
Demasiado informacion...¿real? Al parecer lo fue. Dicho y echo.
GOPE, LABOCAR, Inteligencia de Carabineros (que nombre más contradictorio ese, ¿no creen?) y una seria de helicópteros policiales fue el arsenal que utilizó la policia para realizar la seria de allanamientos realizados durante la madrugada de hoy, que en total fueron 5: 2 en Santiago Centro, 1 en Pudahuel y 2 en Valparaíso. La excusa del accionar policial se enmarca en el Caso Bombas, y 23 de los atentados explosivos registrados en Santiago, según la policía, tendrían directa vinculación con el grupo de detenidxs.
El primer allanamiento fue a la Okupa La Crota (Santa Isabel #380) dónde resultaron detenidas 6 personas y donde fue reventado un portón. Luego fue el turno del CSO Sacco y Vanzetti (Santo Domingo #2423), donde se reventó la puerta de entrada y además se rompieron ventanas del inmueble. A la misma hora se realizaban dos allanamientos en Cerro La Virgen (Valparaíso) a dos inmuebles particulares. Lamentablemente también se allanó el CSA Jonny Cariqueo (El Cobre #8793, Pudahuel), donde no se han obtenido más informaciones.
A las 12:00 del día don Jalandro Peña dará una conferencia de prensa donde dará las excusas y el por qué de los allanamientos, a la misma hora salieron 2 detenidos de la 23ª Comisaría de Ñuñoa, rumbo a constatar lesiones.
Se calcula que alrededor de las 16:00 pasarían a formalización en la Fiscalía Sur.
Entre lxs detenidxs están: Pablo Morales Furiman: Ex lautarista. Detenido en la Okupa La Crota. Rodolfo Retamales Leiva: Ex lautarista. Omar Hermosilla Marín Andrea Urzúa Cid: En 2008 supuestamente intentó ingresat TNT al centro de exterminio donde, en ese entonces, se encontraban Freddy Fuentevilla y Marcelo Villarroel. Felipe Guerra Guajardo Cristian Cancino Carrasco Carlos Riveros Luttgue Camilo Pérez Tamayo Iván Goldenberg González: Detenido en Valparaíso. La policía afirma que el revólver que portaba en el momento de su muerte Mauricio Morales, era propiedad de Iván. Candelaria Cortés-Monroy Infante Francisco Solar Domínguez Mónica Caballero Sepúlveda

Este golpe ha de levantar mas la moral de los combatientes quienes en diferentes formas niegan lo establecido con distintos modos de actuar y relacionarse. El juego del Estado/Capital es desmoralizar a quienes estan en pie de guerra, a quienes han pasado a la ofensiva en sus diversas formas. Que esto sea un aliciente mas para percatarnos que la guerraa esta declarada y que los dineros y shows mediaticos dan para pensar, para reflexionar que estos actos en el modo inmediato en que se dan poseen un germen potencial de desplegar formas conjuntas de reconocernos en el rechazo a la sociedad de clases y en su intensificacion. De ahi a que no debemos bajar la cabeza.

Hoy sabado 14 de agosto a las 6 am al llegar su casa junto , la compañera del preso politico Marcelo Villarroel, se encontro con un contigente de aproximadamente 15 funcionarios de gope, labocar, carabineros, fuerzas especiales.quienes registraron un brutal allanamiento en el domicilio particular de la colega todo bajo la orden del fiscal Peña.
Durante el operatico se requizaron: ropa, libros, discos, cartas relacionadas al negro , fierro de una lampara
Esperamos tener en aproximadamente 3 horas mas un audio con las declaraciones de la compañera allanada por favor publicar y difundir

Urgent! Repressive Coup of the State / Capital: 14 arrested in simultaneous raids for the "Bombs Case"

And a series of police helicopters were the arsenal that the police used to preform the series of raids which took place at dawn today, which in total were 5: 2 in the Center of Santiago, 1 in Pudahuel and 2 in Valparaiso. The excuse for police actions is marked as the Bombs Case, and 23 of the bomb attacks registered in Santiago, police said, they would have direct links with the group of detainees.

Finalmente el dia de ayer no fueron formalizados los 14 compas imputados por el poder que en su incapacidad de comprender la logica insurrecta de negacion a la sociedad de clases, dada su forma disusa y contenido potencialmente contagioso; recurre a un demencial operativo que solo podria emerger de una demente mente (jalandrito) que tiene como resultado hacer caber lo incomprensible en la figura de la asociacion ilicita TERRORISTA, unica forma de intentar neutralizar mediante el miedo los ataques que no se detendran sino intensificaran más en esta guerra de clases.
De esta manera, a traves de pruebas tan contundentes como que el TNT usado en el fallido ataque al restaurante de somerville es "similar" al que se supone intento entrar en Neuquen...ese tipo de pruebas. Tambien escuchas telefonicas y videos donde con los magicos examenes antropomorficos, las sombras corresponderian a los intengrantes del "grupo". Si, GRUPO. Porque jalandrito dividio asi la cuestion: los dos compas ex lautarinos serian los lideres en el organigrama (ver el mercurio) de la banda terrorista. Andrea seria proveedora de polvora, estaria en el "nivel operativo". Otros serian quienes las fabrican (¿no que las compraban?) y otros los que las colocan. Finalmente estarian los "colaboradores de la causa anarquista" que suponemos es cualquiera que simpatiza con esto.
Sobre lo que ocurrio en la audiencia, Solidaridad y la Prensa con Gendarmes agrediendo
De esta forma ayer los compas fueron llevados ante el 11° Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago donde la fiscalía Sur solicito ampliar la detención hasta el próximo martes, donde serian formalizados por " instalación de artefactos explosivos o incendiarios y asociación ilícita terrorista", cuestion de la cual el ministerio del Interior tambien se haria parte arriesgando 20 años. Durante la audiencia quedó demostrado una vez más el carácter circense de la justicia chilena. La jueza Lidia Bruna accedió a todas y cada una de las peticiones de la Fiscalía y el Ministerio del Interior (presencia de prensa, extensión del plazo de detención por 3 días, incomunicación de los detenidos entre sí y respecto de visitas del exterior, y además -la guinda de la torta- la orden de traer al Grillo a la audiencia del martes, para formalizarlo junto al resto de los supuestos integrantes de esta "asociación ilícita terrorista"). Los buitres de la prensa burguesa estaban todos dentro de la sala de audiencias y disparaban sus flashes una vez que la jueza dio la señala pata que los carceleros hicieran ingresar a nuestros compas.
Las alegaciones de los defensores eran oídas y denegadas una tras otra. La jueza tenía todo preparado pues cada resolución la leía automáticamente con su voz de vieja de mierda de un papel que tenía arriba de su despacho. Cuando le preguntó a uno de los compas si tenía reclamos que hacer en relación a la detención y éste dijo que había sido reiteradamente amenazado de muerte, respondió "ah, eso nomás". Tampoco pareció llamarle mucho la atención el relato acerca de la destrucción de las casas particulares de otros compas. Cuando la Fiscalía justificó las lesiones causadas al compa de la Sacco y Vanzetti (un perdigón de goma en la cabeza y una lesión en la nariz) en el hecho de que éste se habría asomado a una ventana del inmueble arrojando cosas y destruyendo evidencia, cuestión que el compañero negó inmediatamente calificándolo de versión "imaginativa", fue reprendido por faltar el respeto a los fiscales. O sea que golpear y amenazar gente de muerte y reventar casas innecesariamente es parte de la normalidad que los jueces defienden, pero cualquier cuestionamiento al aparato represivo no puede tener lugar en este circo. La misma actitud mantuvo esta señora cuando un abogado defensor habló de que había una "orquestación" entre los diferentes medios de prensa para culpabilizar desde ya a los compañeros.
Cuando fue evidente que el show ya estaba cesando para continuar el día martes a las 9, se empezaron a sentir los gritos de apoyo, muy bienvenidos por el ánimo de los compañeros. Se extendieron lienzos afuera de la sala de audiencias, se entonaron cantos de apoyo ("Liberar a los presos por luchar"), la la expresión de la vieja momia era de asco y espanto, unos guardaespaldas rodearon de inmediato a Jalandro (quien por su talla tan pequeña podría ser fácilmente eliminado de un par de combos en el hocico y una buena patada en la raja. Nota: sabemos que Jalandro y los suyos leen atentamente esta página, así que aclaramos que esta alusión es tan sólo a modo de ejemplo y no constituye una amenaza sino a lo más una fantasía). Luego de forcejeos entre quienes fuimos a apoyar a los compañeros con dos tipos de perros policiales (gendarmes y prensa), la jueza fascista hizo otra señal con la cual fueron retirados nuestros 14 compañeros y acto seguido, desde la zona de calabozos, apareció un contingente furioso de gendarmes armados con palos y escudos, que volaron por sobre los bancos de imputados y abogados con la clara intención de ir a golpear a los amigos y familiares de los detenidos. Por supuesto que la prensa burguesa ha señalado que todos nosotros, tan malos como los imputados, agredimos a la prensa y los otros guardianes del orden capitalista, pero la verdad es que la agresión provino de ellos, tanto periodistas como gendarmes golpearon salvajemente a muchas personas, y afuera del recinto se les unieron sus amigos de carabineros iniciando una cacería que no tuvo por objeto detener sino castigar directamente. La compañera Luisa Vergara resultó con un TEC cerrado, la madre de uno de los detenidos tenía lesiones leves causadas por un cacho periodista, y por suerte gran parte de los vidrios de dicho templo de mierda fueron destruidos para ser usados en contra de los chanchos.
La solidaridad no es palabra, es accion. Cada accion que desencaja el modo en que domina la sociedad de clases nuestras vidas mediante la alienacion de la miseria cotidiana es un modo en que ejercemos un rechazo a este orden que se amplia en diversos modos, prolifera de diversas formas. Podran encarcelar hoy a los compas, la caza continuara mientras exista sociedad de clases. Pero las formas en que el proletariado enfrentara al enemigo adquirira otros modos de expresarse tal como lo ha sabido hacer durante esta larga historia de explotacion. La negacion de lo existente seguira en todas sus formas hasta que nos reconozcamos en el otro, en el hermano de clase para avanzar hacia la liquidacion de este orden. No bajar la guardia y no desmoralizarse que esa es una herramienta que ocupa el Estado/capital para intentar apropiarse de nuestras acciones y neutralizarlas.
Una vez fuera del recinto, supimos que el hostigamiento seguía: el CSO Sacco y Vanzetti estaba siendo cerrado por un operativo conjunto de pacos y ratis. Durante la tarde, el inmueble había estado custodiado por una camioneta de la PDI, cuyos ocupantes en principio negaron el ingreso de un grupo de compas, pero después accedieron a dejar entrar y sacar cosas, advirtiendo que había una orden para no dejar que el recinto fuera ocupado nuevamente. Horas después, a eso de las 18:30, las policías habían entrado al recinto y se encontraban realizando trabajos para cerrar todos los accesos. La Biblioteca y todas las otras cosas que no fueron incautadas (en esta ocasión se llevaron pocas cosas en el allanamiento) permanecían secuestradas allí. Los policías no exhibieron ninguna orden de desalojo ni nada, y dijeron que se trataba de órdenes del fiscal. Además, dijeron que el recinto sería recuperado por sus legítimos dueños, el ISP. Una operación rápida que los tomó por sorpresa permitió recuperar una cierta cantidad de libros, que fueron puestos a buen resguardo, lo que desató una pequeña persecución policial en la zona, sin detenidos.
Se sabe que tambien se allano la casa de los padres del compa Retamales.

Ahora nuestros "supuestos" sobre el contenido que la posicion contra el Estado/Capital posee es algo que quizas muchos no esten de acuerdo, pero creemos que su desarrollo cualitativo puede llevar a formas mas efectivas de erosionar la miseria cotidiana, o en otras palabras: modos de actuar conjunto posicionados al ataque directo que provoquen una alteracion mayor de esta cotidianiedad alienante, donde somos espectadores de nuestra propia vida reducida a valorizar el capital...esa es la real miseria, el despojo de toda nuestra actividad. )

Hoy en el aparentoso edificio de la injusticia, los compa�eros serian sometidos ala formalizaci�n de cargos, con la rabia acumulada y la excesiva presencia de pacos y gendarmes comenzaron los enfrentamientos, entre gendarmes y pacos contra familiares y amigos de los compas secuestrados, vidrios rotos, golpes y escupos trataron de expresar toda la impotencia de la situaci�n, el enorme contingente de gendarmer�a se isi presente con un pasillo de lumasos, resultando un familiar de un detenido heridos con un lumaso en su cabeza.
Mientras compa�eros cuidaban la casa ocupa Sacco y Vanzetti hasta que los pacos llegaron al lugar con su acostumbrado aparataje para cerrarla sin ninguna orden (actuando fuera de su misma ley).
Sabemos que dentro de este circo montado existen sapos que testificaran por la causa, personajes que ya han sido miembros de la pol�mica y que sirven a la justicia de gancho comunicacional para condenar tanto ante los jueces, como a la opini�n p�blica, los actos de quien se oponga al actual sistema de vida.
Que la palabra terrorista no les lave el cerebro, tengamos claro que no existe expresi�n mas clara de terrorismo que el hecho de que te impongan vivir de acuerdo a la estructura autoritaria y si te opones o simplemente te niegas, eres encarcelado torturado y negado de todo desarrollo intelectual. El terrorismo es el capitalismo, el estado y todo los peones que funcionan en el.
Ellos temen a los que pensamos y actuamos de forma anti-autoritaria, en las noticias escucharemos a los pacos y sus jueces tratando de buscar lideres, tratando de formar jerarqu�as, a ellos les da miedo saber que no necesitamos de l�deres para poder dirigir nuestras vida organizar y autogestionar la cr�tica directa contra el estado.
El apoyo, de la difusi�n y la acci�n solidaria se manifiesta en todo lados y mas hoy cuando urge la libertad de tantos compa�eros secuestrados por el estado.
A PROPOSITO DE UN NUEVO MONTAJE POLICIAL

Una vez más la prensa nos bombardea con el espectáculo de un montaje mediático-policial. Los periodistas lacayos vomitan todas las palabras fabricadas por la neolengua del Estado: “ex-lautaristas”, “caso bombas”, “rearticulación de grupo subversivo”, “asociación ilícita”. Mienten y mienten, tratando de que algo quede en la mente deforme de los ciudadanos-borregos. El ruido de las sirenas inunda las calles, buscando aterrorizar el corazón de los insurrectos. No lo lograrán jamás.
Al parecer, la nueva estrategia de los fiscales será hostigar a todos los ex-presos políticos y luchadores que tengan fichados en sus registros, y llamar a eso labor de inteligencia y avances policiales, en su desesperada carrera por detener la ofensiva insurreccional contra las instituciones del Estado y el Capital. Deben mostrar logros televisados, y para eso allanan casa okupas, detienen a ex- militantes lautarinos, y en general llaman a la caza del anarquista, convertidos en los enemigos públicos frente a los consumidores de noticias. Buscan transformar a todo el que tenga una historia de lucha conocida en sus rehenes; de la solidaridad activa depende sacarlos de las mazmorras de la sociedad carcelaria. Además tienen el descaro de decir que continuarán los allanamientos y las detenciones. No es necesario que lo anuncien, cada día de la dictadura de la democracia, ayer con la milica bachelet u hoy con el fascista piñera, hemos sabido que lanzarán su maquinaria represiva contra los que no aceptan la explotación, el trabajo asalariado y la paz de los cementerios.
A inicios de año, en un foro sobre la criminalización de las luchas, un supuesto anarquista llamaba a establecer una relación con los medios de comunicación: en estos días, los compañeros apresados y los que acudieron a apoyar a los detenidos en los tribunales, demostraron cómo debe ser siempre esa relación con los periodistas: a patadas, golpes y escupitajos con estos difusores de la mentira estatal. Nosotros no necesitamos a la prensa burguesa, porque no somos parte del mercado de la política. Las paredes, los lienzos, los panfletos y todo lo que dicte el ingenio subversivo, son y serán nuestros medios de expresión, parte integrante de la autoactividad de los proletarios en revuelta.
Saludos fraternales a nuestras compañeras y compañeros encarcelados, a multiplicar la solidaridad con los presos y perseguidos por la represión.
Ni con allanamientos ni con montajes pararán la guerra social.

Desde algún lugar de esta cárcel llamada chile, agosto de 2010, a unos pocos días del bicentenario del terrorismo de Estado.
DECLARACION PÚBLICA DE RADIO 1º DE MAYO
Ante los hechos ocurridos el día 14 de agosto, con allanamientos masivos y que afectan directamente a miembros de nuestra Radio Popular Primero de Mayo, queremos informar lo Siguiente:
Que el Fiscal Alejandro Peña a cargo del llamado “Caso Bombas” ordenó el allanamiento de diferentes Casas Okupa de Valparaíso, Temuco, Concepción y Santiago. En este marco, también fue allanado el domicilio particular de nuestro compañero de labores Rodolfo Retamales, quien se encontraba en compañía de Helen Guerrero también miembro de nuestra radio. En este procedimiento se detuvo a Rodolfo, quien será formalizado en el transcurso del día y a Helen se le retuvo en el domicilio durante más 5 horas, sin posibilidad de comunicación.
El compañero Rodolfo Retamales, conocido en el mundo popular como “Garza”, ha sido sindicado en diversos medios de comunicación como el “cabecilla” de una red articulada que serían los autores de los diversos bombazos que han ocurrido en el último tiempo. Cabe señalar que el compañero Rodolfo es un ex prisionero político y ex militante del Lautaro y que se inició como comunicador popular en el Canal Barrial 3. En la actualidad asiste permanentemente a movilizaciones sociales, donde realiza filmaciones que luego transforma en videos informativos para las distintas web alternativas y populares, además utiliza este material para el programa de nuestra radio que él conduce, llamado “Desde el Óvalo”.
En el ejercicio de este rol, Rodolfo ha sido víctima de múltiples seguimientos, detenciones injustificadas disfrazadas de “controles de identidad efectivos”, presencia permanente de policías de civil en las afueras de su hogar, increpación directa de los policías de FF.EE. cuando asiste a movilizaciones e incluso una agresión física por el guanaco en el año 2008 que lo tuvo hospitalizado por alrededor de dos mes.
Ante estos hechos, queremos declarar el irrestricto apoyo a nuestro compañero Comunicador Popular Rodolfo Retamales, ante este Montaje Policial que además contempla la utilización de la Ley Antiterrorista, que pretende criminalizar, castigar a los luchadores sociales que día a día en la calle se enfrentan a la represión policial y política por del Estado chileno, que fue utilizada por los gobiernos de la concertación y que hoy en el gobierno empresarial de Piñera se consagra como la forma para acallar el descontento popular.
Solidarizamos también con los otros compañeros detenidos y sus familiares, que son víctimas de éste montaje, que solo habla de los “palos de ciego” que está dando la fiscalía y la policía por la orden política del gobierno empresarial de Piñera de tener resultados en esta investigación.
Finalmente, queremos hacer un llamado al mundo popular, social, conciente, organizado y a nuestro pueblo en su totalidad, a mantenerse informados a través de los medios de comunicación alternativos y populares.

Hoy 14 de agosto hemxs sido allandadxs en nuestro domicilio particular. Esta situación nos toco con un embarazo muy avanzado, corriendo el riesgo de que pudiera parir ahí mismo, pero mi bebe y yo no les dimos ese gusto., por otra parte damos gracias al destino que nuestra otra pequeña no se encontraba en casa...Era algo que veíamos venir así tal como sucedió. De mas esta decir que es un show mas de este asqueroso entramado por parte de las lógicas de este estado fascista y de su asquerosa policía. LO mismo de siempre, entraron a las 7 de la mañana, rompiendo puertas, nuestra perra fue golpeada, y de ahí pa delante metralletas, al suelo, una parafernaria solo digna de ellos.... ni hablar de los derechos, la ineficiencia eran tal, que cuando le pedíamos el motivo de la causa por la cual realizaban el allanamiento el responsable no era capaz de decirlo, porque simplemente no tenia claridad, insólito, luego cuando le pedimos llamar al abogado nos lo niegan rotundamente durante casi media hora. Registraron todo, la pieza de mi hija fue dada vuelta, leyeron sus cartas personales y se llevaron fotos de ella, vulnerando todos los derechos de la pequeña, impresionante que los dibujos y letras de ella sean un peligro para la suciedad..sacaron fotos de cuanto papel cayó en manos....dipolcar, labocar, gope, el perrito dando vueltas, grabando todo, cada rincón de nuestra casa... la policía no tenia certeza de nada....el procedimeinto duro 6 horas y media. mientras se paseaban escuchábamos sus radios, ahí entendimos que estaban siendo allananadas otras casas, peñalolen, cumming, garcia reyes, eran indicadores de que hoy era el día y estaba ocurriendo tal cual como habían anuciado. nos robaron todo, bicicletas, pendrives, computadores, agendas, escritos, cuadernos, fotos, cámaras fotográficas, grabadoras. después de todo pudimos ver noticias y enterarnos de como se habia venido la mano en otros lugares y los hermnxs a los que habían detenidxs...el circo recién abre sus puertas... todavía queda mas....hoy no los formalizaron a las cuatro de la tarde porque no tenían nada, detenciones arbitrarias que cuentan con el respaldo de leyes y de policías asesinos, corruptos, pedofilos, golpeadores de mujeres, en fin. nuestra solidaridad con los hermanxs que han caído en este dia nuestra fuerza y total apoyo hacia ellxs. un grito de rebeldía y libertad a nuetrxs compañerxs que estan tras las rejas del estado capital. lo que viene sabemos no es fácil. trataran de conformar cuanto delito puedan. para eso es necesario seguir adelante con nuestras miradas cargadas de rabia insumisa, de rebeldía contagiosa, de libertad y de solidaridad activa. porque estamos mas fuertes que nunca, porque estamos en guerra.

In this way, through proof as convincing as that the TNT used in the failed attack of the restaurant of somerville is "similar" to that which supposedly was attempted to to enter into Neuquen ...that kind of proof. Also wiretaps and videos where with the magical anthropomorphic exams, the shadows would correspond to the members of the "group". Yes, GROUP. Because jalandrito divided the question so: the two ex lautarist comrades would be the leaders in the organizational chart (see El Mercurio) of the terrorist group. Andrea would be supplier of gunpowder, and would be in the "operative level." Others would be those who manufacture it (not that bought it?) And others those that that placed it. About what happened at the hearing, Solidarity and the Press with assault Gendarmes
In this form yesterday the comrades were brought before the 11th Court of Garantía de Santiago where the Southern prosecutor asked to extend the detention until next Tuesday, which would be formalized by "installation of explosive or incendiary devices and illicit terrorist association", the question of which the Interior Ministry would also make a part risking 20 years. During the hearing it was demonstrated once again the circus-like nature of the Chilean courts. When the prosecutor justified the injuries caused to the comrade of Sacco and Vanzetti house (a rubber bullet in the head and a nose injury) by the supposed fact that they had looked out a window of the building throwing things and destroying evidence, which the comrade immediately denied calling it "imaginative", and was subsequently reprimanded for lack of respect to the prosecutors. So beating and threatening people with death and smashing houses unnecessarily is part of the normality which judges defend, but any questioning of the repressive apparatus can not have a place in this circus. The same attitude this lady continued when the defense counsel had talked about an "orchestration" between the different press medias to criminalize the comrades from then on.
When it became clear that the show was already ceasing to continue on Tuesday at 9, one began to note the cheering of encouragement, very welcome for the spirit of the comrades. Cloths spread outside the courtroom, songs of support were sung ("Free the prisoners of the struggle"), the expression of the old mummy was of disgust and horror, some guards immediately surrounded Jalandro (who in in her size so small could be easily eliminated with a couple of combos on the snout and a good kick in the slit. Of course, the bourgeois press has noted that all of us, as bad as the accused, attacked the press and other guardians of the capitalist order, but the truth is that the aggression came from them, both journalists and police savagely beat many people, and outside the enclosure were joined by friends of the police launching a manhunt that was not intended to stop but to punish directly. The comrade Luisa Vergara resulted with a TEC closed, the mother of one of the detainees had minor injuries caused by a journalist's grab, and luckily most of the windows of the temple of shit were destroyed to be used against the pigs.
Solidarity is not a word, it is action. Every action that disengages the way in which class society dominates our lives by the alienation of everyday misery is a way we exercise a rejection of this order which is extended in diverse ways, and proliferates in diverse forms. They can imprison the comrades today, the hunt will continue as long as class society exists. But the ways in which the proletariat will confront the enemy will acquire other modes of expression as has been known to do during this long history of exploitation. The negation of the existant in all its forms will continue until we recognize in the other, in the class sibling to advance towards the liquidation of that order. Don't lower the guard and don't become demoralized, because this is a tool that the state / capital uses to try to take over our actions and neutralize them.
Once outside the fence, we knew that the harassment continued: the CSO Sacco and Vanzetti was being closed by a joint operation by cops and rats. During the afternoon, the building had been guarded by a truck of the PDI, whose occupants at first denied the entry of a group of comrades, but later agreed to let them in and take things, warning that there was an order not to allow that the space would be occupied again. We know that the home of the parents of Retamales was also raided.

So that the word terrorist does not brainwash them, we have clear that there exists no expression of terrorism clearer than the fact that you are imposed to live in accord with the authoritarian structure and if you oppose or you simply refuse, you are imprisoned tortured and denied of all intellectual development. Terrorism is capitalism, the state and all the pions who function in it.
They fear those who think and act as anti-authoritarian, in the news we listen to the cops and judges trying to find leaders, trying to create hierarchies, it gives them fear to know that we don't need leaders to be able to direct our lives, organizing and self-managing the direct critique against the state.

THE PURPOSE OF A NEW POLICE MONTAGE

Once again the media bombards us with the spectacle of a police-media montage. Lackeys journalists vomit all the words fabricated by the Newspeak of the state: "Ex-Lautarists", "Bomb Case," "re-articulation of a subversive group," "illicit association". PUBLIC DECLARATION OF RADIO FIRST OF MAY
Given the events of August 14, with massive raids that directly affect members of our People's Radio Primero de Mayo, we report the following:
That the Attorney Alejandro Peña in charge of the so-called "Bombs Case" ordered the raiding of different Squat Houses in Valparaiso, Temuco, Concepción and Santiago. In this context was also raided the homes of our fellow worker Rodolfo Retamales, who was accompanied by Helen Guerrero also a member of our radio. In these procedings Rodolfo was arrested, and will be formalized during the day and Helen was withheld at home for over five hours, with no possibility of communication.
Comrade Rodolfo Retamales, known in the popular world as "Garza" has been syndicated in various communication medias as the "ringleader" of a coordinated network that would be the authors of the various bombings that have occurred in recent times. It should be noted that comrade Rodolfo is a former political prisoner and ex militant of Lautaro and that he started as a popular communicator in the Neighborhood Canal 3. He currently attends social mobilizations permanently, where he made films that later transformed into informational videos for the different alternatives and popular websites, also using this material for our radio program that he conducts, called "From the Oval."
In exercising this role, Rodolfo has been the victim of multiple follow-ups, unjustified detention disguised as "effective identity checks," permanent presence of plainclothes policemen outside his home, direct increpation by the police of FF.EE. when attending demonstrations and even a physical attack by the 'guanaco' in 2008 that kept him hospitalized for about two months.
Given these facts, we declare our unconditional support for popular community partner Rodolfo Retamales, before this Police Montage which also contemplates the use of the Antiterrorist Law, which seeks to criminalize and punish the social activists who day to day on the street face police and political repression by the Chilean State, which was used by the governments of the consultation and that today in the corporate government of Piñera codifies how to quiet the popular discontent.
We are also in solidarity with the other detained comrades and their families who are victims of this montage, which only speaks of the "canes of the blind" that the the prosecution and the police are giving for the political order of the Piñera corporate government to have results in this investigation.
Finally, we want to call the world popular, social, conscious, organized and our land as a whole, to keep informed through the popular and alternative medias of communication.

Today August 14 we were raided in our private home. This situation played with an advanced pregnancy, running the risk that I might give birth right there, but my baby and I did not give them that pleasure. Moreover we give thanks that our other child was not at home... It was something we saw coming as much as when it happened. It goes without saying that this is a show more of this filthy network by the logic of this state and its disgusting fascist police. Same as always, they came at 7 am, breaking doors, our dog was beaten, and then machine guns in front, to the floor, a parafernaria only worthy of them.... Not to mention the rights, inefficiencies were such, that when we asked the reason for the cause for which they conducted the raid in the person charge was incapable of saying it it, because they simply did not have clarity, unusual, later when we asked them to call the lawyer they roundly denied it to us for for almost half an hour. They searched everything, my daughter's room was turned over, they read her personal letters and confiscated pictures of her, in violation of all rights of the child, impressive that the drawings and letters from her are a danger to the filth..took pictures of how much paper fell in the hands .... dipolcar, labocar, gope, the dog walking around, recording everything, every corner of our house... Police didn't have certainty of anything... the proceeding lasted 6 1/2 hours. As they strolled we listened to their radios, then understood that other houses were being raided, peñalolén, cumming, garcia reyes, were indicators today was the day and as it was happening as they had announced. They stole everything from us, bicycles, USB drives, computers, diaries, letters, notebooks, photographs, cameras, tape recorders. after everything we could watch the news and learn how his hand had been elsewhere and those brothers and sisters which had been detained ...the circus just opened its doors ... there's still more to come....today they still still did not formalize us at four in the afternoon because they had nothing, arbitrary detentions which have the support of laws and police assasins, corrupt, pedophiles, batterers of women, in short. Our solidarity with our brothers and sisters who have fallen on this day, our strength and full support to them. A cry of rebellion and freedom to our comrades who are behind bars of the state and capital. We know what is coming is not easy. Trying to form as much offense as possible.
