PEACE WALK update DUBLIN to FASLANE
G'day WOW!! Thanks to the amazing amounts of support and energy from all the local people we have met and spoken with over the last month we have been able to organise a great & exciting walk! With only 12 days to go - we are busy in Dublin organising for the first of many walkers to arrive. We are really excited that we have friends coming in from Austria, Australia, England, Scotland, America & Japan for the beginning of the walk. And even more excited about meeting new friends locally who will join us!! Below are some of the details we have confirmed and everyone is welcome to join us!! From Friday 11th May and Saturday 12th May we will be staying at THE CHURCH OF ST.NICHOLAS OF MYRA, PARISH OF FRANCIS ST DUBLIN 8. There is plenty of room for people to stay, however please let us know when you are coming so we can prepare for your arrival. Sunday 13th May WALK BEGINS @ 9.30AM @ the GPO, O'CONNELL St DUBLIN with a send off from the Deputy Lord Mayor. Spread the word!! I have attached a copy of the flyer so please take a copy and share with friends, family and groups!! SUNDAY 13th May - TUESDAY 22nd May - arrive Belfast 4pm Belfast City Council with Lord Mayor Civic Reception. Many details have been finalized during these dates, however we don't have space, or time for all updates. Please contact us for further info. WE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET A HALL SOMEWHERE IN HELENSBURGH TUESDAY 29TH & WEDNESDAY 30TH MAY - FASLANE BLOCKADE I think I will leave it at that for all the updates, as there is plenty more however I don't wish to overwhelm people!!
