United against police brutality @ Strasbourg

We the Autonomous and free living peoples of Europe have suffered violent oppresion at the hands of the authorities for far too long, we are not criminals, we just choose to live differently!

We the Autonomous and free living peoples of Europe have suffered violent oppresion at the hands of the authorities for far too long, we are not criminals, we just choose to live differently! But the levels of violence against us have reached critical and we can no longer accept it in silence. We suffered from police brutality during unjustified evictions, beatings and hardships suffered by our peoples every single day. Czechtek last year was the breaking point where we suffered 2 dead and over 100 people seriously injured just for dancing at an authorized event. The police in riot gear steamed in to innocent dancing people with batton charges and tear gas attacks. Moreover we are denied basic human rights! The same rights than other citizens are entitled, for example travelersâ��s or squatterâ��s children cannot access school easily, leading us to a social exclusion... Medical care like doctors and dentists can be a real problem to access when you live on the move. In response to this violent acts we scheduled this demonstration to show everyone that we want to be integrated and that we are just willing to propose alternatives way of life and events for every european citizens. So we are asking you to mobilize yourselves, your sound systems and your friends and head for Strasbourg to the European Alternatives Resistance (E.A.R) protest to make yourselves seen and heard peacefully. We will be assembling at 14.00 hours at Place de lâ��Universite in strasbourg city center and will be marching on the European Parliement and Council and the Court of Human Rights. We will be asking for clarification of the full and truthful facts for the police action on the 30th of July 05 in the czeck republic based on real democratic judicature according to the charta for human rights, We demand that there will not be another violent police intervention like we have seen in the past at any events in the future. We have had enough of police aggresion aimed at alternative lifestyles and peaceful assemblies and are gathering here peacefully as 'ONE VOICE' to ask them to stop their aggresion and brutality and to treat us like human beings, with respect,compassion and understanding. And to accept that we are just different, not criminals and terrorists and that we want to offer Europe a free access to Arts and Culture, new means of expression, and social alternatives... All those rights are guaranted in the Declaration of Human Rights (Art. 5-10-11-13-14 & add.2) but no ones seem to care about us! We ask you all to bring the carnival atmosphere with whistles, horns, drums and anything else you can make some fucking noize with !!! We do not want a violent protest and ask everyone to be on there best behavior, dont give them the excuse to turn this on us, the worlds press will be watching. Francais: Nous, la jeunesse alternative et libre dâ��Europe, avons souffert depuis trop longtemps de la rÃ©pression des gouvernements, nous ne sommes pas des criminels, nous avons juste choisis de vivre diffÃ©remment, mais le niveau de violence employÃ© contre nous a atteint un tel stade que nous ne pouvons plus lâ��accepter en silenceâ�¦ Nous avons Ã©tÃ© victimes de nombreuses violences policiÃ¨res lors de diverses expulsions injustifiÃ©es, les nÃ´tres souffrant de violences physiques et morales au quotidien. Le Tchecktek, lâ��an dernier, a Ã©tÃ© le point de rupture puisque nous avons dÃ©plore un morts et plus de cent blesses juste pour avoir Ã©tÃ© danser a un Ã©vÃ©nement totalement lÃ©gal ! La police ayant brutalement mis fin a cet Ã©vÃ©nement par des charges dans la foule en tenue anti-Ã©meute a coup de matraques et de gas lacrymauxâ�¦ De plus ceci se fait en contradictions avec les Droits de lâ��Homme ! Ein Todesopfer und 100 zum teil schwer verletzte bei dem letzt jÃ¤hrigen czech tek, einer legalen Tanzveranstaltung, brachten dies deutlich zum Ausdruck. UnzÃ¤hlige Polizisten in voller SchutzausrÃ¼stung stÃ¼rmten die Veranstaltung mit RÃ¤umfahrzeugen und TrÃ¤nengas. Dies entbehrt jeglicher Gesetzesgrundlage der menschlichen Grundrechte in Europa. Derselbe Entzug dieser Grundrechte widerfÃ¤hrt auch Hausbesetzern, â�� Travellerâ�� und sonstiger autonom organisierten Menschen, zum Beispiel wenn deren LebensrÃ¤ume oder selbstverwaltete Projekte . grundlos gerÃ¤umt werden. La police ayant brutalement mis fin a cet Ã©vÃ©nement par des charges dans la foule en tenue anti-Ã©meute a coup de matraques et de gas lacrymauxâ�¦ De plus ceci se fait en contradictions avec les Droits de lâ��Homme ! TÃ¤glich wurden und werden wir Opfer von ungerechtfertigter Polizeigewalt bei sinnlosen RÃ¤umungen, SchlÃ¤ge und Tritte sind an der Tagesordnung. Ein Todesopfer und 100 zum teil schwer verletzte bei dem letzt jÃ¤hrigen czech tek, einer legalen Tanzveranstaltung, brachten dies deutlich zum Ausdruck. UnzÃ¤hlige Polizisten in voller SchutzausrÃ¼stung stÃ¼rmten die Veranstaltung mit RÃ¤umfahrzeugen und TrÃ¤nengas. Dies entbehrt jeglicher Gesetzesgrundlage der menschlichen Grundrechte in Europa. Derselbe Entzug dieser Grundrechte widerfÃ¤hrt auch Hausbesetzern, â�� Travellerâ�� und sonstiger autonom organisierten Menschen, zum Beispiel wenn deren LebensrÃ¤ume oder selbstverwaltete Projekte . grundlos gerÃ¤umt werden. Als Antwort auf diese gewaltsamen Angriffe auf uns planen wir eine intereuropÃ¤ische Demonstration in Strassburg um zu zeigen dass wir in einem modernen Europa einen Platz haben mÃ¼ssen und wir lediglich alternative Lebensformen und RÃ¤ume in ein vereinigtes Europa einbringen wollen. But the levels of violence against us have reached critical and we can no longer accept it in silence. We suffered from police brutality during unjustified evictions, beatings and hardships suffered by our peoples every single day. Czechtek last year was the breaking point where we suffered one dead and over 100 people seriously injured just for dancing at an authorized event. The police in riot gear steamed in to innocent dancing people with batton charges and tear gas attacks. Moreover we are denied basic human rights! The same rights than other citizens are entitled, for example travelersâ��s or squatterâ��s children cannot access school easily, leading us to a social exclusion... Medical care like doctors and dentists can be a real problem to access when you live on the move. In response to this violent acts we scheduled this demonstration to show everyone that we want to be integrated and that we are just willing to propose alternatives way of life and events for every european citizens. So we are asking you to mobilize yourselves, your sound systems and your friends and head for Strasbourg to the European Alternatives Resistance (E.A.R) protest to make yourselves seen and heard peacefully. We will be assembling at 14.00 hours at Place de lâ��Universite in strasbourg city center and will be marching on the European Parliement and Council and the Court of Human Rights. TÃ¤glich wurden und werden wir Opfer von ungerechtfertigter Polizeigewalt bei sinnlosen RÃ¤umungen, SchlÃ¤ge und Tritte sind an der Tagesordnung. Ein Todesopfer und 100 zum teil schwer verletzte bei dem letzt jÃ¤hrigen czech tek, einer legalen Tanzveranstaltung, brachten dies deutlich zum Ausdruck. UnzÃ¤hlige Polizisten in voller SchutzausrÃ¼stung stÃ¼rmten die Veranstaltung mit RÃ¤umfahrzeugen und TrÃ¤nengas. Dies entbehrt jeglicher Gesetzesgrundlage der menschlichen Grundrechte in Europa. Derselbe Entzug dieser Grundrechte widerfÃ¤hrt auch Hausbesetzern, â�� Travellerâ�� und sonstiger autonom organisierten Menschen, zum Beispiel wenn deren LebensrÃ¤ume oder selbstverwaltete Projekte . grundlos gerÃ¤umt werden. Als Antwort auf diese gewaltsamen Angriffe auf uns planen wir eine intereuropÃ¤ische Demonstration in Strassburg um zu zeigen dass wir in einem modernen Europa einen Platz haben mÃ¼ssen und wir lediglich alternative Lebensformen und RÃ¤ume in ein vereinigtes Europa einbringen wollen. Basierend auf einem demokratischen Gerichtswesen gemÃ¤Ã� der Charta fÃ¼r Menschenrechte. Wir fordern dass es keine weiteren Ã�bergriffe wie in der Vergangenheit mehr geben wird. Wir haben genug der Aggressionen und Gewalt der Polizei gegen alternativen Lebensstil und friedlichen Zusammentreffen. But the levels of violence against us have reached critical and we can no longer accept it in silence. We suffered from police brutality during unjustified evictions, beatings and hardships suffered by our peoples every single day. Czechtek last year was the breaking point where we suffered one dead and over 100 people seriously injured just for dancing at an authorized event. The police in riot gear steamed in to innocent dancing people with batton charges and tear gas attacks. Moreover we are denied basic human rights! The same rights than other citizens are entitled, for example travelersâ��s or squatterâ��s children cannot access school easily, leading us to a social exclusion... Medical care like doctors and dentists can be a real problem to access when you live on the move. In response to this violent acts we scheduled this demonstration to show everyone that we want to be integrated and that we are just willing to propose alternatives way of life and events for every european citizens. So we are asking you to mobilize yourselves, your sound systems and your friends and head for Strasbourg to the European Alternatives Resistance (E.A.R) protest to make yourselves seen and heard peacefully. We will be assembling at 14.00 hours at Place de lâ��Universite in strasbourg city center and will be marching on the European Parliement and Council and the Court of Human Rights. We will be asking for clarification of the full and truthful facts for the police action on the 30th of July 05 in the czeck republic based on real democratic judicature according to the charta for human rights, We demand that there will not be another violent police intervention like we have seen in the past at any events in the future. We have had enough of police aggresion aimed at alternative lifestyles and peaceful assemblies and are gathering here peacefully as 'ONE VOICE' to ask them to stop their aggresion and brutality and to treat us like human beings, with respect,compassion and understanding.
