WE ARE A NATION AND WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE! |
We, the undersigned organisations and social movements-drawing on a broad plurality of Catalan political and socials sectors-wish to be heard in the debate that has been opened over the reform of the Statute of Autonomy of Catalonia and to express our concern over the climate of hostility being generated from anti-democratic circles intended to undermine our country's legitimate political and democratic aspirations. Evoking the struggle of the Assembly of Catalonia for the reestablishment of the Statue of Autonomy as a means of exercising the right to self-determination, and evoking as well the memories of twenty-five years past when the Catalan nation marched in resistance to the offensive against expressions of its identity, we find it necessary to take to the streets once again under the banner "We are a nation and we have the right to decide!"
It is the conviction of the organisers that we must exercise our right to protest if we are to ensure that our laws are consistent with the needs and wishes of the Catalan people, and as such that they contribute to social progress, citizens' and immigrants' rights, social and labour rights, language and culture, the environment, gender equality, housing, communication technologies, education, healthcare and social security, among other issues. In this way we reaffirm that there can be no true self-government without fiscal sovereignty, without investment in infrastructure and without international relations and cooperation.
Because we are a country that wishes to defend its identity, it is our right--as it is of other nations--to freely decide for ourselves the kind of future we want. What we decide for ourselves should not be meddled with by others.
As a matter of liberty and of democracy, we will march on February 18 to demonstrate that "We are a nation and we have the right to decide!"

As entidades e os movimentos sociais infra-assinados, procedentes de uma larga pluralidade de setores sociais e políticos catalães, sentimo-nos preocupados com as provocações que provêm de diversos pontos do território espanhol em contra das legitimas aspirações políticas e democráticas do nosso país. Por isso, lembrando a luta da Assembléia de Catalunha a favor de restabelecimento do Estatuto da Autonomia como meio para exercer o direito à autodeterminação, e relembrando que há vinte e cinco anos que a nação catalã saiu as ruas diante à ofensiva espanhola contra a expressão da sua identidade, agora vemos a necessidade de voltar manifestar-nos com o lema "Somos uma nação e temos o direito de decidir!"
Os convocados ficam convencidos/temos o convencimento que é necessário exercer este direito para certificar que a políticas aplicadas estejam de acordo com o desejo e as necessidades do povo catalão, bem como para favorecer o avanço de autogoverno em todos os âmbitos que afetam a vida social. Exigimos a soberania pelo menos em tudo o que faz referencia a: cidadania e imigração, meio ambiente, língua e cultura, política fiscal e redistribuição de tributos, investimentos e infra-estruturas, direitos sociais e trabalhistas, relações internacionais e cooperação, habitação, educação e saúde. Porque somos uma nação e defendemos nossa identidade, como qualquer outro povo temos de ter o direito para poder decidir livremente qual é o nosso futuro.
Pela liberdade e a democracia, convidamos-lhes a todos e a todas a sair à rua o 18 de fevereiro para manifestar-mos dizendo: "Somos uma nação e temos o direito de decidir!"

Wir, die Personen, Gruppen, vielseitige Bewegungen und Kollektive, aus verschiedenen sozialen und politischen Bereichen, die diese Meldung unterschreiben, fühlen uns beunruhigt wegen dem ansteigenden feindlichem Klima, der absichtlichen Desinformation und das Schüren von Hass, welches aus diversen Sektoren des spanischen Staatsgebietes gegen unser legitimes politisches und demokratisches Bestreben aufgehetzt wird. Aus diesem Grunde, und in Erinnerung an den Kampf der Assemblea de Catalunya für die Wiederherstellung des Autonomiestatuts als Mittel um unser Selbstständigkeitsrecht auszuüben, und auch mit der Erinnerung, dass die katalanische Nation vor 25 Jahren gegen die spanisch-konservative Offensive, die unsere katalanische Identität verweigern wollte, auf die Barrikaden ging, wollen wir jetzt wieder demonstrieren. Wir sehen uns wieder gezwungen unter diesem Motto auf die Strasse zu gehen: "Wir sind eine Nation und wir haben das Recht auf Selbstbestimmung".
Wir sind fest überzeug, dass wir dieses Recht ausüben müssen um die Durchführung der politischen Beschlüsse nach den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen des katalanischen Volkes zu garantieren, sowie den Fortschritt unserer Selbstregierung in allen sozialen Bereichen des Lebens zu fördern. Wir verlangen die Selbstbestimmung mindestens in allen Aspekten die mit folgendem zu tun haben: Bürgerschaft und Einwanderung, Umwelt, Sprache und Kultur, Steuerpolitik und Wiederverteilung der Abgaben, Investitionen und Infrastrukturen, Arbeit und soziale Rechte, interantionale Beziehungen und Kooperation, Wohnung, Ausbildung und Gesundheit. Da wir eine Nation sind und unsere Identität verteidigen, wie jedes Volk haben wir das Recht frei selbst zu bestimmen wie unsere Zukunft sein soll.
Wir rufen euch alle auf für Freiheit und Demokratie, mit uns am 18 Februar zu demonstrieren um laut und klar zu sagen: "Wir sind eine Nation und wir haben das Recht auf Selbstbestimmung".

SIAMO UNA NAZIONE E ABBIAMO IL DIRITTO DI DECIDERE!
Le entità e i movimenti sociali sottoscritti, procedenti da un'amplia pluralità di settori sociali e politici catalani, siamo preoccupati per l'hostilità creata da diversi punti del territorio spagnolo che va in contra delle legitime aspirazioni politiche e democratiche del nostro paese. Per questo motivo, e rememorando la lotta dell'Assemblea de Catalunya per il ristablimento del Estatut d'Autonomia come un mezzo per esercitare il diritto di autodeterminazione, e rememorando anche che venticinque anni fa la nazione catalana protestó vivamente contro l'offensiva spagnola alll'espressione della sua identità, adesso riteniamo necessario manifestarci di nuovo col lema "Siamo una nazione e abbiamo il diritto di decidere!"
Tutti i convocati siamo convinti e convinte che dobbiamo esercitare questo diritto per garantire che le politiche applicate vadano d'accordo col desiderio e le necessità del popolo catalano, cosí come per propiziare un anticipo di autogoverno in tutti li ambiti che riguardano la vita sociale. Esigiamo sobirania almeno in temi relazionati con la: cittadania, immigrazione, medio ambiente, lingua e cultura, politica fiscale e redistribuzione dei tributi, inversioni e infrastrutture, diritti sociali e laborali, relazioni internazionali e cooperazione, edificazioni, educazione e salute. Perchè siamo una nazione e difendiamo la nostra identità, come qualsiasi altro popolo dobbiamo avere il diritto di potere decidere liberamente qual'è il nostro futuro.
Per la libertà e la democrazia, chiediamo a tutti e a tutte di maniferstasi el 18 de febbraio dicendo: "Siamo una nazione e abbiamo il diritto di decidere!"

al publicar en varios idiomes una mateixa notícia cal posar tots els idiomes en una de sola a fi de respectar el dret dels altres a utilitzar tambè la publicació oberta |
