¿Después del colapso de la Unión Soviética, ahora la ‘Gran CaÃda’ de los EE.UU.?

Después del colapso de la Unión Soviética ¿estamos ahora frente a la Gran Caída de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica? ¿Existen o no teorías del colapso del sistema económico mundial? |

Para captar el verdadero contexto histórico de la Revolución Bolivariana en Venezuela y para entender, por qué ahora más que nunca tenemos que aniquilar el capitalismo aquà y en todo el mundo, refresquemos un poco nuestras mentes en cuanto a la ‘teorÃa de crisis’.
Es cierto que aquà y ahora, en 2006, está comenzando la verdadera Revolución Bolivariana!
La ‘teorÃa del colapso del capitalismo’ o ‘teorÃa de crisis’ ya es bastante vieja. Fueron los fundadores del socialismo cientÃfico y filosófico, Karl Marx y Friedrich Engels quienes ya habÃan pronosticado un colapso doble del sistema mundial capitalista, de la acumulación capitalista y de la ruptura entre la producción capitalista y el intercambio capitalista, que bloquean totalmente el uso completo de las fuerzas globales creativas y productivas existentes. Es precisamente esto el dilema actual del imperialismo corporativo y de la misma economÃa estadounidense vulnerable. Ya no se puede valorizar la riqueza corporativa que se produjo y acumuló en pocas manos a través de las últimas décadas, ni en términos de producción, ni en términos de circulación.
Hasta ahora el capitalismo siempre se podÃa recuperar de sus contradicciones inherentes y podÃa, con la ayuda de El Capital de Marx, siempre aprender cómo superar su crisis crónica a través de la globalización. Sin embargo, ahora que acaba de comenzar el siglo XXI, el imperialismo norteamericano está pasando el Rubicon; se ve confrontado con venideras rebeliones populares gigantescas a nivel global y con un colapso económico total.
Al comienzo del siglo XX la teorÃa de crisis era muy tópica y se enfocaba en la Gran Depresión y en la venida del nazismo y fascismo en Europa. Entre sus progenitores figuraba el socialista holandés Anton Pannekoek con su escrito Die Zusammenbruchstheorie des Kapitalismus (La TeorÃa del Colapso del Capitalismo), publicado por primera vez en Holanda en el periódico Raetekommunist, No. 1 del junio de 1934.
Otros socialistas con una teorÃa del colapso del sistema capitalista de carácter más cientÃfico eran Bakunin, Rosa Luxemburg, Lenin y Trotski. Tomaron más en serio el punto de vista del sujeto revolucionario, es decir, el deseo de hacer revoluciones sociales radicales por parte de las clases oprimidas.
Al igual que hoy, la pregunta era que si los trabajadores del mundo deberÃan sentarse a descansar, cultivar la reconciliación de clases para superar el aburrimiento, engendrar el reformismo, participar en diálogos sin sentido y esperar pacÃficamente el inexorable colapso final del capitalismo; o si acaban con el capitalismo e imperialismo por medio de una práxis y teorÃa revolucionaria cuanto antes de su globalización total y su propio colapso inevitable. Rosa Luxemburg y Anton Pannekoek estaban convencidos de que los trabajadores con conciencia de clase terminarÃan con el capitalismo incluso antes de su globalización. Generalmente vale que para la mayorÃa de los marxistas, especialmente para Lenin y Trotski fue claro como el sol el hecho de que no importa cuan débil o cuan poderoso se podrÃa volver el sistema económico capitalista y cuan ‘necesario’ serÃa su colapso ‘históricamente’, no colapsará automáticamente, al contrario, tiene que ser tumbado a través de la lucha de clases revolucionaria y conciente.
Asà que, camaradas bolivarianos, despertémonos, armémonos y preparémonos para la guerra gigantesca de rescatar a la humanidad de la extinción total, del ‘Proyecto para un Nuevo Siglo Norteamericano’. No podemos ni vamos a escapar de la confrontación global con el fascismo. Éste no tiene intención en absoluto de desvanecer pacÃficamente en el olvido histórico de la Nada galáctica.
Por cierto, la Revolución Bolivariana deberÃa considerar seriamente la lucha de clases continental para acabar con el ‘imperio’ en vez de esperar su colapso automático. Con un socialismo cristiano del siglo XXI no llegaremos muy lejos y no le haremos daño alguno al enemigo. El capitalismo ya explotó todas las variaciones cristianas.
Cualquier verdadero estudiante de la historia humana en este planeta puede verificar que Dios siempre estaba del lado de la revolución capitalista burgués-democrática, desde los orÃgenes del proceso del trabajo alienador y explotador en Grecia Antigua hasta su actual infierno globalizado. Miles de millones de oradores proletarios desesperados y torturados, buscando consuelo divino a través de los milenios, hoy por hoy siguen haciendo eco en los multiversos y sus oraciones se trasmiten a través de las ondas escalares hasta los centros de las galaxias en las Nubes de Magallanes. Todo en vano, nunca sabrán, cómo la colonización y el neocolonialismo europeo los abusó y los engañó.
Con todo el debido respeto para los verdaderos sentimientos religiosos humanos y sin embargo, en nombre de la verdad fluyente, hay que constatar que ni siquiera Allá, Vitzliputzli, Tixo o Nkosi fueron capaces de salvar a Irak de los tentáculos imperialistas de Bush, asà que ¿ahora Él salvará a Irán y a Venezuela?
Es imposible determinar la llamada ‘caÃda inevitable del capitalismo’ sin tomar en consideración la resistencia popular y la lucha de clases en América Latina.
Además, tenemos que tener mucho cuidado de no exagerar en decir, que con la victoria de Evo Morales y de otros, ahora de pronto toda la América Latina está en camino al socialismo, porque para decir lo menos, esto es una irresponsabilidad peligrosa.
Una breve mirada a uno de los ‘amigos de Venezuela’, a Brasil, cuyo gobierno bajo Lula quiere desforestar por la mitad a la AmazonÃa (lo que equivale a una superficie cuatro veces la de Portugal), por causa de intereses e inversiones capitalistas, es decir, para la producción agrÃcola y ganadera de las multinacionales, da testimonio de la verdadera ‘lucha de clases’ en América Latina. Está en peligro el pulmón de la humanidad!
De manera similar, la industrialización y explotación del Delta del Orinoco también podrÃan traer resultados fatales para el futuro de la humanidad o por lo menos para el bienestar de los indÃgenas allà situadas; indÃgenas que tanto amamos.
Para continuar con el fondo histórico de la ‘teorÃa del colapso’, Bukharin insistió en que la decaÃda capitalista lógicamente consumirÃa por completo la plusvalÃa social, pero no vio manera alguna para determinar con precisión cientÃfica, cuando en fin ocurrirÃa el colapso del sistema.
Por esta misma razón tenemos que ser muy cautelosos en nuestros pronósticos. La única cosa que es una questio facti es el hecho de que desde el 11 de septiembre del 2001, se ha iniciado definitivamente el colapso del actual sistema económico mundial y junto con él la emancipación mundial.
Un artÃculo El Colapso de la EconomÃa Estadounidense es Inminente, publicado por http://www.bellaciao.org/ resume aquellos factores (los cuales hemos explicado también en previos comentarios en Vheadline), que podrÃan llevar a un colapso total de la hegemonÃa estadounidense, pero todavÃa no al colapso del capitalismo e imperialismo mundial.

Según él, “los EE.UU. han agotado su capacidad de financiar la expansión y el paÃs ahora enfrenta el colapso financiero inminente. Todo indica que el año 2006 será el fin para Norteamérica.â€? Durante los últimos meses hemos expuesto nuestros puntos de vista sobre este problema; hemos publicado los descubrimientos cientÃficos de eruditos mundialmente tan renombrados como Thomas Bearden o Michael C. Ruppert, en cuanto a la ‘crisis energética mundial’, a la Nueva Conquista, a las actuales guerras económicas globales violentas intra-imperialistas entre los competidores por la futura hegemonÃa mundial y a las venideras guerras nucleares de baja, mediana y alta intensidad se refiere.
Concerniente a esos venideros eventos, sólo citemos algunos pasajes importantes de los cinco puntos elaborados en el documento antes mencionado:
“No. 1, los EE.UU., Gran Bretaña e Israel se preparan para atacar a Irán. Parece que la principal razón para la invasión de Irak era la de pararlo en vender su petróleo en euros, de manera similar Irán tiene planeado de verter el dólar a partir de marzo de 2006.
No. 2, el Secretario de la TesorerÃa estadounidense John Snow advirtió recientemente que el gobierno estadounidense se encuentra al borde del colapso; como llegarÃa al lÃmite de la deuda impuesto por el Congreso de 8.184 trillones de dólares para mitades de febrero, entonces el gobierno serÃa imposibilitado de continuar con sus operaciones normales. [...]
No. 4, FEMA ha activado y actualmente está proveyendo de personal militar armado su amplia red de campos de internación vacÃas; la mayorÃa de los norteamericanos no saben, que esas gigantescas instalaciones federales están ubicadas estratégicamente a través de toda la geografÃa estadounidense para ‘manejar’ la población en el caso de un ataque ‘terrorista’, un levantamiento civil, un disentimiento de grandes dimensiones o una insurrección contra el gobierno. Algunas de esas instalaciones, que son protegidas con alambre de púa, tienen una capacidad para retener 1 millón de personas. [...]"
No odiamos a los EE.UU. o a los norteamericanos. Estamos solidarios con las luchas de clase de los trabajadores en el hemisferio norte y nos oponemos categóricamente a los crÃmenes capitales y cardinales que se cometen contra la humanidad por parte de cualquier súper poder, llámese Rusia, Europa o EE.UU. Luchamos contra la dictadura capitalista y contra la tiranÃa imperialista en todas sus formas violentas, especialmente contra la actual versión estadounidense del globofascismo.
Además, he visitado los EE.UU. varias veces durante las últimas cuatro décadas; mi familia vive allÃ, he dado charlas en más que 30 ciudades e incluso hablé ante el ‘Comité Especial de las Naciones Unidas contra el Apartheid’ en Nueva York. Conozco a los EE.UU. y sé lo que significa vivir y morir allÃ.
Actualmente pasan cosas extrañas en Irán y en Pakistán; Osama Bin Laden volvió a enviar su menetekel de la CIA, todo señala a que vamos rumbo a más traición, más sufrimiento y más guerras mundiales.
Hasta ahora, para el capitalismo, la guerra mundial era la única manera de salvarse, ¿será que triunfará otra vez?
Ninguna clase capitalista y ningunos gobernantes parasitarios jamás dejaron sus tronos divinos pacÃficamente; de manera similar, el capitalismo no colapsará automáticamente, es más, nosotros, los Venezolanos tenemos que darle un pequeño empujón.
Una cosa es cierta, si los trabajadores de los paÃses metropolitanos y del mundo no se levantan y siguen este excelente ejemplo de la Revolución Bolivariana, que es el paradigma revolucionario de Caracas, entonces este nuestro planeta se volverá estéril dentro de pocas décadas.
Por otro lado, si la Revolución Bolivariana no logra salir del abismo contrarrevolucionario de la corrupción, no logra despertar de su actual sueño ‘triunfador’, no toca su Diana inmediata y permanentemente, entonces no tendremos chance en absoluto de librarnos de la ‘plaga’ norteamericana y alcanzar la verdadera felicidad de la cual soñó Simón BolÃvar a través de los tiempos. |

For Venezuela, to see the real historic context of the Bolivarian Revolution, and to understand why, more than ever, we have to annihilate capitalism here and everywhere, let us refresh our minds about "crisis theory."
One thing is definite, here and now, in 2006, the true Bolivarian Revolution is really beginning!
The "theory of the collapse of capitalism" or "crisis theory" is already very old. Already the founders of scientific and philosophic socialism, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, had predicted a two-pronged collapse of the world capitalist system, from capitalist accumulation and from the split between capitalist production and capitalist exchange, which totally block the full use of the existing global creative and productive forces.
Precisely this is the current dilemma of corporate imperialism, of the very vulnerable economy of the United States. The Croesusian corporate wealth produced and accumulated in a few hands over the previous decades cannot valorize itself anymore, neither in production nor in circulation.
Until now capitalism could still recover from its inherent contradictions, and, with the help of Marx's Capital, could still learn how to overcome its chronic crisis, by globalizing itself. However, in the 21st century, American imperialism is crossing the Rubicon, and is confronted with huge, coming, global, popular rebellion and a total economic breakdown.
At the beginning of the 20th century, crisis theory was very topical and focused itself on the Great Depression and the advent of Nazism and Fascism in Europe. Among its progenitors was the Dutch socialist Anton Pannekoek ("Die Zusammenbruchstheorie des Kapitalismus," first published in The Netherlands, in the 'Raetekommunist,' No.1 of June 1934.)
From another angle, other socialists who treated the theory of collapse of the capitalist system with greater scientific care ... taking it more serious from the point of view of the revolutionary subject, that is, concerning the desire of oppressed classes to make radical social revolutions ... were Bakunin, Rosa Luxemburg, Lenin and Trotsky.
Like today, the question was whether the workers of the world should sit back, fold their arms ... cultivate class reconciliation to overcome boredom, breed reformism, participate in senseless dialogues and whether they should await peacefully the final inexorable breakdown of capitalism ... or whether by revolutionary praxis and theory they should do away with capitalism and imperialism even before its total globalization, before its own inevitable collapse.
Rosa Luxemburg and Anton Pannekoek were convinced that the class-conscious workers, even before globalization, would put an end to capitalism. In general, for most Marxists, especially for Lenin and Trotsky it was crystal clear,that no matter how weak or how powerful the capitalist economic system may become, of how "necessary" its collapse may be "historically," automatically it will not breakdown by itself, it must be overthrown by conscious revolutionary class struggle.
Hence, Bolivarian comrades, wake up, arm yourselves, prepare for the gigantic war to rescue mankind from total extinction, from the "Project for a New American Century." We will not, cannot escape the global confrontation with fascism. It has no intention whatsoever to fade peacefully away into the galactic nothingness of historic oblivion.
Surely, with reference to waiting for Godot, for the automatic collapse of the "Empire," or, contrariwise, to topple it with continental class struggle, the Bolivarian Revolution should consider this imperative issue very seriously. With Christian Socialism of the 21st Century we will not get far, we will not harm a hair of the enemy ... Capitalism already exploited all Christian varieties.
Any true student of human history on this planet could verify that God was always on the side of bourgeois democratic capitalist revolution, from the origins of the alienating, exploitative labor process in Ancient Greece right up to its current globalized inferno. Billions of desperate, tortured, proletarian prayers, looking for divine succor across the millennia, today still echo across the multiverses, are being transmitted by scalar waves to the centers of all galaxies in the Clouds of Magellan, all in vain, they never will know how European colonization and neocolonialism have taken them for a ride, on a supernatural wild-goose chase.
With all due respect for all true human religious feelings and sentiments, however, for the sake of the flowing truth, not even Allah, Vitzliputzli, Tixo or Nkosi could save Iraq from the imperialist tentacles of Bush, will He now save Iran and Venezuela?
Without taking the popular resistance and class struggles in Latin America into consideration, we could never determine the so-called "inevitability of capitalism's decline."
Furthermore, bottomless political exaggerations, for example, claiming that with the victories of Evo Morales and others, now suddenly the whole Latin American continent is on its way to socialism ... to say the least, this is dangerous irresponsibility.
A quick glance at the "Friends of Venezuela," at Amazonia that Lula's government wants to deforest by half of its total area ... four times the size of Portugal, for the sake of capitalist interests and investments, to produce multinational agriculture and cattle-ranching ... tells the real true story of "class war" in Latin America. The lung of humanity is in danger. Also, the planned industrialization and exploitation of the Orinoco Delta could have similar fatal results for the future of humanity, at least, for the immediate well-being of the indigenous peoples that live in those regions, whom we love so much.
Continuing with the historic background of the "theory of collapse," Bukharin insisted that capitalist decadence logically would swallow up social surplus value, but he saw no way of how to calculate with scientific precision when the whole thing would finally crash.
* For this very reason we must be very careful with our current predictions. The only thing that is a questio facti is that since 9/11, 2001, the collapse of the current world economic system definitely has begun, and that world emancipation has begun.
An article,"The Collapse of US Economy Imminent," published by bellaciao.org, summarizes the factors that we have explained in previous VHeadline commentaries that could lead to a complete collapse of United States hegemony, but not yet to the breakdown of world capitalism and imperialism.
According to it, "the US has exhausted its ability to finance the expansion and the country now faces imminent financial collapse. From all indications, it looks like 2006 will spell the end for America."
Over the last months, we have given our views about this issue, we have made public the scientific findings of world renowned scholars like Thomas Bearden and Michael C. Ruppert, with reference to the "world energy crisis," to the New Conquest, the current violent intra-imperialist economic global wars of the competitors for future hegemony, and to the coming nuclear wars of low, medium and high intensity.
Concerning these coming events, let us just cite some important excerpts from the five points elaborated in the document mentioned above:
Point #1: The US, Great Britain and Israel are preparing to attack Iran. As it appears the main reason for invading Iraq was to stop it from selling oil in Euros, likewise Iran has plans to dump the dollar come March 2006.
Point #2: US Treasury Secretary John Snow issued a warning recently that the US government is on the verge of collapse -- as the statutory debt limit imposed by Congress of $8.184 trillion dollars would be reached in mid-February -- the government would then be unable to continue its normal operations.
Point #3: Considering the current total US debt stands at $8.162 trillion dollars, once the official debt ceiling ($8.184 trillion) is reached, the US government's credit abroad (its borrowing power) is gone ...
Point #4: FEMA has activated and is currently staffing its vast network of empty internment camps with armed military personnel - unknown to most Americans, these large federal facilities are strategically positioned across the U.S. landscape to "manage" the population in the event of a "terrorist" attack, a civilian uprising, large-scale dissent ,or an insurrection against the government. Some of these razor-wired facilities have the capacity of detaining a million people. ...
Point #5: The Patriot Act and the US Senate's vote to ban habeas corpus (November 14) -- along with George W. Bush having signed executive orders giving him sole authority to impose martial law, suspend habeas corpus and ignore the Posse Comitatus Act, have together pretty much destroyed any notions of freedom and justice for Americans..."
We do not hate America or North Americans ... we are in solidarity with the workers' class struggles in the northern hemisphere, but we categorically oppose the cardinal and capital crimes committed against humanity by any super power, whether it is Russia, Europe or the USA. We fight against capitalist dictatorship and imperialist tyranny in all its violent forms, especially against the current United States version of global fascism.
Furthermore, across the last four decades, I have visited the USA several time; my family lives there, I have given lectures in over 30 cities, I even addressed the "United Nations Special Committee against Apartheid" in New York. I know what America is like, what it means to live and to die there.
Currently, strange things are already happening in Iran and Pakistan; Osama Bin Laden has sent out his CIA "menetekel" again, the writing is on the wall, we are heading towards more treachery, more suffering, more world wars.
* World war was the only way that capitalism could save itself till now, will it be victorious again?
No capitalist class, no parasitic rulers, ever stepped down peacefully from their divine throne, similarly, automatically, capitalism will not collapse in itself, we in Venezuela will have to give it a little push down the Angel Falls.
One thing is sure, if the workers of the world, of the metropolitan countries do not stand up, will not follow the revolutionary paradigm of Caracas, the excellent example of the Bolivarian Revolution, then this planet will be barren within decades.
On the other hand, if the Bolivarian Revolution does not pull itself out of the bottomless, counter-revolutionary pit of corruption, does not wake up from its current "triumphant" slumber, does not sound its Diana immediately and permanently, we will have no chance whatsoever to get rid of the North American "plague," will never reach the real, true happiness that Simon Bolivar is dreaming about across the ages. |
