Por lo que dices de Ramallah, ligándolo al islamismo, has de saber, como dato ilustrativo, que tiene como alcaldesa a una mujer cristiana, laica y marxista. Así que no creo que sea el mejor ejemplo de islamismo....
Yo no sé qué empeño tienen los sionistas y sus amigos en intoxicar indymedia con su demagogia, como si no tuvieran acceso a los mass media para difundir sus rebuznos.

Perdona, pero el grupo mayoritario en las elecciones en Ramallah fue el FPLP, con seis regidores.
Por lo que respecta al último comentario, que supongo que es del mismo personajillo, que sepas que ya he estado allí y, lejos de secuestrarme, encontré una gente contenta de que les visiten y donde me trataron estupendamente. No puedo decir lo mismo, en cambio, del trato de las fuezas de seguridad israelís.
Fuera sionistas, fascistas y gentuza de indymedia de una vez, al final se saldrán con la suya y nos acabaremos aburriendo de leer esta página, cansados de tanta intoxicación. |

Activist's parents escape kidnap
Militants in Gaza have attempted to kidnap the parents of Rachel Corrie, a US peace activist who was crushed to death by a bulldozer while trying to prevent houses being demolished in Rafah in 2003.
Craig and Cindy Corrie were nearly abducted on Tuesday night from the home of a pharmacist, Samir Nasrallah, who managed to dissuade the gunmen by telling them about the background of his guests.
Last night two Egyptian border guards were killed in clashes with Palestinian mili- tants near the Rafah border of the Gaza Strip. The clashes came after Palestinian militants used a bulldozer to destroy a section of a concrete wall on the border with Egypt, allowing dozens of youths to force their way through to the Egyptian side. Security sources said that at least 40 Egyptian border guards were injured during the exchange of fire.
The attack on the Rafah border, Gaza’s only link with the outside world avoiding Israel, and the kidnap attempt were part of a series of protests designed to secure the release of a local al-Aqsa Brigade leader arrested on Tuesday over the kidnap of three Britons.

hola!
soy un chico israelí que apoya la creación de un estado Palestino que conviva en paz junto a Israel.
Como vivo en Barcelona, pensaba participar en este día de solidaridad con Palestina y llevar más amigos israelíes a los actos.
Por desgracia, me di cuenta de que allí se proyectará la mentirosa película 'Jenin, Jenin'.
En lugar de tratar de entender también la narrativa de Israel - su enemigo de hoy y amigo de mañana - en este triste conflicto, esta película solo construye una falsa imagen de víctima palestina, que solo contribuye al odio y ganas de venganza.
Si queremos contribuir a la construcción de un discurso verdadero y honesto entre Israel e Palestina, que es la única manera a llegar a la PAZ - mejor sería no mostrar esta mentirosa película.
Asimismo, si queremos contribuir a la construcción de un discurso verdadero y honesto entre los palestinos y el mundo, y de los palestinos entre sí mismos, mejor sería no mostrar esta mentirosa película.
La película es tan verdadera como el pensamiento de setenta vírgenes que esperan al terrorista ('shaaid') en el cielo después de inmolarse en un autobús o en un mercado israelíes.

Documentary claims Israeli army committed war crimes

A Palestinian filmmaker who produced a documentary alleging Israeli troops committed war crimes in a refugee camp admitted in a deposition last week to falsifying scenes, using inaccurate information and obtaining financing for the project from the Palestinian Authority, WorldNetDaily has learned.
Muhammad Bakri, producer of "Jenin, Jenin," a documentary that claims Israel committed genocide in the Jenin refugee camp in April 2002, admitted in a deposition to inaccuracies throughout his film. The filmmaker is being sued by five Israeli soldiers visible in still footage in the film, which alleges IDF troops killed a "large number" of civilians, mutilated Palestinian bodies, randomly executed and bombed women, children and the mentally and physically impaired, and leveled the entire refugee camp, including a wing of the local hospital.
The documentary doesn't show footage of the alleged atrocities, but in some scenes, faces of the soldiers now suing Bakri were superimposed over "eyewitness testimony," and it was indicated they had committed "war crimes."
But Bakri, in a deposition obtained by WND, admitted he "believed" selected witnesses but didn't check the information they provided.
"I believed the things that I've been told. What I did not believe was not included in the film," said Bakri.
When asked about a scene in which it is implied Israeli troops ran over civilians, Bakri admitted to constructing the footage himself as an "artistic choice." He also answered "no" when asked if he believed "that during the operation in Jenin, the Israeli soldiers killed people indiscriminately."
In perhaps the most explosive element of the deposition, Bakri admitted his documentary, which was screened in theaters around the world, was financed in part by the Palestinian Authority. He said Yasser Abed Rabu, Palestinian minister of culture and information and a member of former PLO leader Yasser Arafat's executive committee, "covered a part of the film expenses."
Israel entered Jenin, which was considered a center for terrorist recruitment and operations, as part of its Operation Defensive Shield to crack down on increased suicide bombings by Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades. Israel sent infantry units to fight house-to-house and lost nearly two dozen soldiers to ambushes, Palestinian snipers and booby-trapped houses.
Claims of a massacre were immediately made following the operation by the Palestinian leadership, which spoke of upwards of 500 civilians killed and thousands wounded, but it was later determined 56 Palestinians, mostly gunmen, were killed, and 23 Israeli soldiers died in the battle.
Media accounts, documentary evidence and investigations by several international humanitarian organizations quickly proved there was no massacre....
Fighting in the camp in April 2002 left 52 Palestinians and 23 Israelis dead.
The eight-day military operation in jenin followed a suicide bomb attack on the Israeli town of Netanya which killed 28 Israelis celebrating Passover. |
