I am an American artist who is completing a 20 minute short film called 'Homage to a Catalonian Christmas.' It promotes Catalonia and will be sent to film festivals. I need your images/video to make it great. |
I am completing a 20 minute short film called 'Homage to a Catalonian Christmas.' I am an American who wants to show the film festival world the beauty of Catalonia's Christmas holidays.
I feature the tio, caganer, three kings, etc. I show Catalonia on the globe and tell the viewer that Catalonia has been fighting for its culteral independance ever since September, 1714.

I want to know if you can help me finish the project by providing me with additional images or video. Do you have a really interesting christmas tradition image or very short video clip. My short if pretty good, but I want to make it a little better.
I am interested in any images/video but I am especially interested in a Bush caganer, the llufa, three kings arriving by boat, interesting caganers, man of the noses, tios. I will add your images and place your name in the credits. I will also send you a few copies of the short and let you know where it plays.
My last short film, 'Fortunate Son,' was played at 15 film festivals including Barcelona and Bilbao. It was a 4 minute anti-Bush short that explained that the fortunate sons evade combat during times of war.

Amazing short movie, try about the website written upwards. Also if you access to it, you may ask to TV3 (the Catalan public TV) "www.tvcatalunya.com"; about their images-department store, they have many images about what you are looking for, and I think that paying few money you can take some clips. |
