Please spread as widely as possible:
The Petition to support the integration of the recommendations of the
Catania report in EU Drug Policies is now open for signature - we should
have lots of signatures on the 21 april - so we can present them directly
to the EU Authorities.
Please sign the petition on http://action.encod.org and ask others to do
the same.... (the Catania report is available on this site)
